Shipping Costs:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders (estimated 5-7 business days)
- Expedited 2-Day $19
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped, including for 2-Day Express shipments. Please be aware that 2-Day Express service does not deliver during the weekend.
During sale periods, we may experience slight delays due to heavier order volumes. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery times.
Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to offer assistance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or lost packages due to address errors.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently available! Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
We ship all our international orders with Passport, our third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
Customs and Duties:
To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly here where it says tracking.
International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
