U.S. Returns

Visit our returns portal to begin the returns process.

A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted for all returns that use our generated shipping label.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted. The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn. Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days upon receipt at our warehouse. Due to COVID-19 health protocol, you may anticipate a longer processing window of 14-21 days. This is due to reduced staffing to ensure the safety of workers and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have requested a refund, we will issue a refund (minus the $6 return fee) to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued. You may also request store credit via a gift card which does not incur a $6 return fee.

*In all instances, refunds will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

 

U.S. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for a different size of the same product and same color. If you'd like to return an item for a different product or a different color, please return your original item via our returns portal and place a new order for the new item.

Prior to sending your item back, please confirm your items are eligible for return:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

  • The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn.

  • You have 30 days from the time your order was received to return for a refund, as long as your purchase is still in sellable condition with tags attached. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

International Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept automated international returns or exchanges at this time. If you would like to return or exchange an international order, please reach out to hello@the-shirt.com. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping for both returns and exchanges.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. A replacement piece will be sent, if available, upon receipt of the original damaged item with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed, and with all tags attached.

Tips

  • Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
