If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return or exchange if your order is eligible. Please note that all returns and exchanges must go through our automated portal. Returns sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

At this time, all returns are subject to a $6.00 processing fee, however exchanges are offered free of charge.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested after this time will not be accepted. The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer free returns?

At this time, we do not offer free returns. A $6.00 return fee will be deducted from all refunds.

However, exchanges and returns for store credit are free.

Can I return for store credit?

If your order is eligible for a return, you can choose to return for store credit in the form of an e-gift card, if you prefer. Simply select store credit as your refund option when submitting a return request.

Once your return is marked as "In Transit" by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to redeem your store credit.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days upon receipt at our warehouse. Due to COVID-19 health protocol, you may anticipate a longer processing window of 14-21 days. This is due to reduced staffing to ensure the safety of workers and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Can I return items from multiple orders in one package?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to submit a return request for each order and return them separately. Each return request will generate its own shipping label.

Please ensure the items in each returned package match the order number on the shipping label.

Each returned order will incur a separate return fee.

When will I receive my refund?

In all instances, refunds will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund status. It can take up to 5 business days for your bank to reflect your refund.

When will I receive my exchange?

If you've requested an exchange, your new order will be processed as soon as your return has been marked as "In Transit" by the shipping carrier.

Will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The returns portal cannot find my order.

Confirm that your order number and shipping zip code or email is correct. Your order number can be found on your original order confirmation email and is formatted as TS-XXXXX.

The returns portal will not load for me.

Try clearing your cache or opening the portal in an incognito/private browser. This usually resolves the issue.

I received a damaged product.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Please keep the original box and packaging materials. A replacement item will be sent, if available, upon receipt of the original damaged item with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed, and with all tags attached.

We are unable to accommodate exchanges for international orders at this time.

Why has my refund been processed onto a gift card?

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. If items are returned appearing to have been worn or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to process the refund to a gift card rather than to the customer's original form of payment.
