CHECKING ORDER STATUS

You may check the status of your order by logging into your the-shirt.com account and clicking on the Log In link at the top of the page. You cannot check your orders status unless you have an online account.You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, and this will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after package is sent for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system.

CANCELLATIONS

PAYMENT METHODS

The-Shirt.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover with US billing addresses only. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE

From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order and will not appear as a separate line item.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Washington, DC.Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

EMAILS RELATED TO ORDER

We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This will include the FedEx tracking number for you package.

CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

An account offers you a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order. With a the-shirt.com account you can:

  • Save your shipping and billing information for a faster and easier checkout process
  • Check order status

  • Save frequently used addresses in an address book
  • Create and manage a product wish list

You need to provide us only with your name and email address to open an account on the-shirt.com. If you choose, you may store other information for your shopping convenience. Any information you provide is kept secure and will never be sold to outside parties.

TO RETRIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD

Please go the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link.Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we'll send you a temporary password to that email address.Once you have logged in using your temporary password, go to the profile section of the My Account page and select the Change Password link to change your password to something you will remember.

You may choose to receive regular the-shirt.com email updates, which include news about new products, events and special promotions. You do not need an account to receive email updates. Simply enter your email address in the space provided at the bottom of every page and click "submit". You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all email updates sent to you.In addition, you can manage your email communication preference through your online account.
